This beautiful 4 bed stone cottage for long term rentals is located close to Cherbourg on the north-west tip of Normandy. The cottage is located in the heart of a quaint Normandy village on the Cap de la Hague peninsular, with stone built houses and lovely sea views. From the village you have incredible access to some of the best beaches and walks in an area.
The cottage comes with 4 bedrooms, a large lounge and a dining room in the conservatory. There is private off-street parking and gardens front and back. The cottage is available for long term rentals of up to 12 months, from €1200 per month + bills. Pets are accepted through prior agreement.

This large stone cottage is laid out on two floors. The house comes with central heating and Wi-Fi.
Ground floor
- There is a very large lounge where you can read in peace or take in the views. The lounge is organised around the original stone fireplace and comes with a small sofa and several armchairs. There is a flat screen TV with Netflix access and international shows can be streamed.
- The dining room is located in the large conservatory and can seat up to 12 people. The conservatory overlooks the beautiful garden.
- The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer and plenty of cooking utensils. There is a full set of plates, glasses and cutlery.
- Bedroom 1 is a large double bedroom which comes with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom comes with a shower and wash basin.
- There is a separate WC.
First floor
- Bedroom 2 is a generous double bedroom, with fitted cupboards and bedside cabinets.
- Bedroom 3 comes with 2 single beds
- Bedroom 4 is also a twin bedroom.
- The family bathroom comes with a bath, overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside
- There is a front garden with on-site parking.
- The large garden at the back of the cottage is mainly laid to lawn, with mature trees and shrubs.

This beautiful stone cottage close to the beaches on the Cap de l'Hague in Normandy, provides a perfect base for a long term rental in Northern France. The cottage is close to the ferry ports at Cherbourg and St Malo. The cottage is perfect for exploring the Normandy beaches, as well as Mont-Saine-Michel, Rouen, the Bayeux tapestry and Claude Monet's house and gardens.

Area activities
,The wine-producing village of Nizas is surrounded by vineyards in all directions. The village dates back to the Roman times and it was first referred to in manuscripts dating back to 1050 AD. Nizas is only 5km from the historic town of Pezenas which is famous for it´s architecture and antique shops. In Pezenas you will find great food shops, restaurants and a lively market every Saturday. To the south of Nizas are the wide sandy beaches of the Mediterranean (25km), stretching endlessly either side of Cap d´Agde. The picturesque ports of Sete, Meze and Marseillan all have excellent seafood restaurants. To the north are the dramatic hills and gorges of the Languedoc National Park where you can trek, swim and canoe. To the southwest are the bustling towns of Beziers (25km) and Narbonne (50km). Finally towards the North East is Montpellier, the most vibrant and cosmopolitan city in the region. Just a little further on are the fascinating towns of Arles and Nimes.
Nizas itself has a shop which doubles as a post office, grocers and bakers. There are also a couple of wine cellars where you can sample the local wines and buy directly from the producers.
Other transport
,The local town of Pezenas has a good bus network to Montpellier, Agde and Beziers (all of which have TGV train stations).
