Last visited September 2023. This Pezenas long term rental apartment in South France is in a perfect location, right in the heart of the town. This is a great base for exploring the town and surrounding areas. The property is ideal whether on a house hunting trip or on an extended holiday.

Pézenas, with its historical center, has many attractions. Here you find dozens of craftsmen and tiny shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, a new public swimming pool, theatre, festivals all along year, more than 40 antique shops, restaurants, bars...
The sea is just 20 mins drive away and other local attractions include Abbaye de Valmagne, the Etang de Thau with oysters production, the Canal du Midi, Beach resorts (Vias, Cap d`Agde), lots of excellent vineyards with producers happy to make you discover their wines; and Saint Guilhem le Desert, one of the prettiest villages in France.

There is a TGV train station in Beziers and Agde. Regular bus services run from Pezenas to both towns.
