This apartment offers very spacious accommodation - a mixture of original features and modern facilities.
- There is a 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Each bedroom comes with air conditioning (reversible for heating in the winter).
- The apartment comes with 2 bathrooms (fitted with shower, toilet and hand basin).
- The spacious open plan living room contains the lounge, dining area and kitchen.
- The lounge has a large sofa bed, 2 armchairs and solid wood partquet flooring. The TV is a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube, etc. French windows lead out from the lounge to the large terrace.
- The modern kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, extractor fan, large fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
- There is an oval shaped wooden dining table with seating for 6 people.
- Heating is via electric radiators. Wifi internet.
Outside: The farmhouse is set in a pretty garden which leads on to a stream which meanders through the valley. There are old farmbuildings, a laundry room, several balconies, terraces and roof terraces with views. There is a large swimming pool of approximately 11 x 5 metres which has a security fence.

The nearest small village (Reynès) has 2 restaurants, a bakery, pharmacie, haridresser, post office etc. Céret, a very up and coming centre of culture is a mere 3 kms away. Here there is a musée d`art moderne as well as several musems and plentiful galleries. Pavement cafés are threaded throughout the town. There is much to interest and amuse, with cycling, canyoning, horse riding, scuba diving etc for the sporty, and many abbeys, castles and interesting romanesque architecture. The area has a rich cultural history. The Vallespir is a region of outstanding natural beauty with a huge variety of flora and fauna, amazing gorges, abundant forests and much, much more.
Ceret is a historic market town situated in the Vallespir valley. Ceret has three main claims to fame: it is traditionally the first town in France to produce cherries it also has a very strong artistic heritage with its own prestigious art museum. Among other famous painters, Picasso spent much time here; and lastly Ceret is still a bull fighting town with two corridors held every year in June.
The Mediterranean towns of Collioure and Argeles are half an hour away by car and the medieval city of Perpignan is very close, the nearest beach is 30 km.
