This bright and beautiful top floor apartment features a private terrace with stunning views. The village of Beaumont-de-Pertuis is located on the edge of the Luberon National Park (an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and is just 40 mins from Aix-en-Provence. Marseille airport is 50 mins and the French Riviera coast is just over 1 hour.

The apartment is located on the second floor of an 18th century townhouse is located at the heart of the village and overlooking the main village square with its charming fountain.
The house was originally the village's town hall until the early 20th century, when the entire building was revamped to serve as the local school. Following 3 years of extensive renovations, the house now provides 6 independent apartments for long term rentals.
The apartment comes with high ceilings with expose wooden beams and a beautiful tiled floor that features the local hexagonal tomette tiles.
- The open-plan living room is fitted with a large comfortable sofa (which folds out form a double bed), an armchair and coffee table.
- There is a round dining table that can seat 4 people.
- The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. There is plenty of storage space and a good supply of cooking utensils, plates and cutlery.
- The lovely bedroom is fitted with a Queen-sized bed and comes with a large fitted wardrobe.
- The beautiful bathroom features a large walk-in shower, travertine tiled floor wash basin and toilet.
On the ground floor of the house there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is free parking next to the house.

The long term rental prices do not include the utility bills. There is a monthly provision of €150 towards the electricity, water, internet and communal taxes.
Long term rentals (October -May): from €2280 all inclusive.

This newly renovated apartment in Provence, France, provides very comfortable living accommodation for a couple or single person for 3-6 months. The apartment provides the perfect base for exploring the nearby hilltop villages in Provence, the local markets and vineyards. Aix-en-Provence is conveniently located nearby and there is a fast road down to the French Riviera coastline.

Beaumont-de-Pertuis in Provence, France, is a small medieval village of around 1200 inhabitants. The village dates back to at least 1040 AD, although the site was certainly inhabited from pre-historic times.
The village comes with a small shop, a boulangerie, hair salon, newsagent, post office and local wine cellar.
The nearby Luberon National Park is an area of outstanding natural beauty. The park is very popular with walkers and bird watchers.
Beaumont is very convenient for accessing Aix-en-Provence and the local Provence towns of Manosque and Pertuis. The picturesque hilltop villages of Gordes and Roussillon are located nearby.
The local scientific research centre, ITER & Cadarache, is a significant local employer, attracting scientists and engineers from across the World.

There is a TGV train station in Aix-en-Provence, with quick rail services up to Paris and to Nice.

Beaumont-de-Pertuis is located 40km north-east of Aix-en-Provence. The A51 highway provides quick access to Aix, Marseille airport and the Mediterranean coast.
