The apartment comes with a large terrace where you can enjoy the stunning views across the valley to the Alps. The apartment is ideally set up for remote working (with a fast fibre internet connection) and also works well for guests with reduced mobility.
The apartment is located just outside the walls of the old town of Vence and is walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, services and municipal swimming pool. The lovely hilltop village of St Paul de Vence is just down the road and the city of Nice offers plenty of museums, art galleries, top end shops and enticing daily markets. With the beaches close-by (20 mins drive), this apartment in Vence is ideally located to explore the Cote d'Azur.

It is located on the first floor of a quiet apartment building and an elevator takes you up to the apartment. It has its own reserved parking space on-site. Vence's medieval town centre is just a short walk away.
- The living room has comfortable seating, DVD player, music centre and TV . There is a small collection of DVDs plus books, also a good Wifi connection.
- The dining area has comfortable seating for up to 8 people around the large table.
- The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, citrus juicer and washing machine. There are plenty of cooking utensils and matching crockery.
- Bedroom 1 is a spaciouse room with a Super King-size bed, which can also be separated to form 2 single beds. The bedroom comes with plenty of wardrobe space and also a child\'s cot. Patio doors provide direct access onto the terrace.
- Bedroom 2 contains twin beds and fitted wardrobes 5which can be joined to form a King-size double bed.
- The bathroom is fitted with a large walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a separate WC.

The lovely village of Vence, near to Nice is famous for its sunshine and mimosas. Situated between the beaches of Mediterranean and the mountains, Vence is the perfect centre for exploring the Cote d’Azur.
The historic walled village of Vence, with Roman foundations, contains a beautiful Cathedral and has weekly markets on several days. Vence has some excellent food shops and a variety of restaurants, weekly antiques market, daily fresh produce market, cafes and art galleries. The surrounding area is rich in history of art and there are many local museums dedicated to the famous artists who lived nearby: Chagal, Matisse, Renoir, Picasso and Leger. The fabulous Maeght Foundation Art Gallery in nearby St. Paul de Vence, should definitely be on your list of day trips.

Spacious apartment
Lovely spacious flat and very well fitted out with everything you require for a holiday. Location was very handy for access to Vence town centre although there is quite a steep hill to the town. However this isn’t an issue as you can drive into Vence in a couple of minutes and there is plenty of parking in the town

One month deposit to paid at time of reservation.
Rent to be paid on the 1st day of each month. The utility bills are to be paid in addition to the rent (there is a €300 monthly provision towards the electricity, water, WiFi and communal taxes)
References maybe required. Due to allergies, the Owner would prefer not to accept pets.
