The villa was the creation of Paris-based architect Vincent Leprince. The modern Mediterranean design features whitewashed angles and large expanses of glass. The villa is laid out on two floors, with a contemporary, glass-enclosed living room upstairs offering access to the roof deck.
- The entrance hall provides access to the kitchen-dining area and bedrooms. Steps lead up to the first floor where you will find the living room and a further bedroom.
- The sleek white kitchen is designed to have everything you need including an oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, induction hob and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is supplied with plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery
- The large solid-wood dining table provides seating for 6 people. Patio doors next to the dining area provide access out to the pool and terrace.
- On the first floor, the large living room comes with a super-large corner sofa, stylish light fittings and plenty of light from the patio windows. There is a Flat screen TV, with international channels, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
The villa comes with 3 double bedrooms which are all located on the ground floor. The bedrooms are designed with white-washed walls, neutral floors and bamboo bedroom furniture. All the bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms.
- The Master bedroom features a solid Bamboo four-poster bed and patio doors which slide open onto the pool terrace. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, hand-carved stone wash basin and WC. The bedroom has air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
- Bedroom 2 comes with a four-poster bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. Patio doors provide access to the garden.
- Bedroom 3 has a King-size double bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an an suite shower room with WC.
Outside:
- The heated swimming pool (6m x 3m), equipped with a contra-flow swimming system. Surrounding the pool, there is a large sun terrace, with plenty of sun beds and a large hammock for relaxing.
- The terrace comes with a patio table and large parasol, where you can enjoy the barbecue and a leisurely lunch. There is also a covered terrace providing more shade.
- On the first floor there is a large roof deck featuring patio furniture and a large parasol. The roof deck provides lovely sea views.
- The sandy beach stretches as far as the eye can see, and it provides an open invitation for walks, jogging, or simply sun bathing. Stand up paddles are provided for you to explore the coastline.
- There is parking for several cars.

The monthly prices for this beach house in Corsica are based on a 2-3 month rental period and do not include the utility bills and communal charges (circa €350 per month). Please note that the villa is only available for monthly rentals during the period of October to April. During the summer season it is reserved for weekly rentals. Higher prices may apply for shorter rental periods.

The villa sits in the region of Haute-Corse (the island’s northeast), and its waterfront is unspoiled and wild, with grass, pines, and aromatic shrubbery, separating it from the sea. Activities include water sports of every kind, hiking the coastline trails, and driving up twisting roads that lead to crumbling hilltop villages. Bastia is a gateway to the Cap Corse peninsula,
30 kilometres to the north, you will find the Genoese town of Bastia, with the most beautiful old port on the Mediterranean. Bastia also contains a famous citadel, which provided the palace of Governors or the region. Continue north above Bastia and you will discover the breath-taking landscapes of Cap Corse, a particularly wild part of the island famed for its Muscat wine, clifftop villages, and remote rocky inlets.
The very central position of the villa is ideal to discover Corsica. The region of Porto Vecchio and its white sandy coves are 80kms, the cliffs of Bonifacio are 100kms and the ancient town of Corté is 50kms.

The port town of Bastia provides regular ferry services to mainland France (Marseille and Nice), as well as to Italy (Genoa and Livorno).
Airports
The local airport of Bastia-Poretta, is just 20 mins away. Ajaccio airport on the West of the island is a 2 hour drive.
Driving directions
The villa is located in the coastal village of Taglio-Isolaccio, which is just a couple of minutes drive from the T10 main road, which connects Bastia in the North to Porto Vecchio in the South.
