This beachfront villa is located on the beautiful island of Corsica and is available for long term rent between October to April from €3300 per month. This 5 bedroom, air conditioned villa, is located on the North-Eastern coast of Corsica, 35kms south of Bastia. The local airport is just 20 mins drive from the villa. Corsica is the jewel of France, with clear turquoise waters, immaculate beaches and green hillsides wherever to go. Surrounded by palm trees and the beach just a few steps away, this really is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The villa is only available for monthly rentals during the period of October to April from €3300 per month + bills. Not available May to September.

The spacious living room comes with huge patio windows which open out to provide an uninterrupted view of the beach, the sea and the island of Montecristo on the horizon. You will simply never tire of this view. The living room has been furnished by Brazilian designers and features simple elegant lines throughout and is decorated with works by contemporary artists.
- The lounge contains sumptuous leather sofas, blond oak Italian furniture and subtle lighting. There is a Flat screen TV, with international channels, WiFi and air conditioning.
- The dining area features a large table with seating for 8-10 people.
- The kitchen is positioned behind simple glass wall and contains all the equipment and cooking utensils for a simple lunch or a fine dining meal.
The villa comes with 4 double bedrooms plus a 5th bedroom with twin beds (which can be joined to form a king size bed).
- All the bedrooms are decorated in neutral colours with vibrant tapestries positioned at the head of the beds.
- The bedrooms all come with air conditioning, sea views and fitted wardrobes.
- Each of the 4 double bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom, with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
Outside: you can enjoy the barbecue, beach games, ping-pong or give in to the southern passion for Petanque under the pine trees. You can lounge in the hammocks or enjoy the large heated spa swimming pool (6m x 3m), equipped with a contra-flow swimming system. The sandy beach stretches as far as the eye can see, and it provides an open invitation for walks, jogging, or simply sun bathing. Stand up paddles are provided for you to explore the coastline. The villa also comes with a secluded patio and pergola.

The monthly prices for this villa in Corsica are based on a 3-4 month rental period and do not include the utility bills and communal charges (circa €350 pcm). Please note that the villa is only available for monthly rentals during the period of October to April. During the summer season it is reserved for weekly rentals. Higher prices may apply for rentals of 1-2 months.

This place is sheer paradise! It is the perfect location to unwind, relax and re-energise. Corsica is a truly beautiful island, with so much to explore. The villa is equipped with everything you need including a spa-pool, air conditioning, WiFi and the all important hammock where you can gaze out to sea.

The whole region of Corsica is open for you to explore. The island features dense chestnut forests, breathtaking mountains, ancient villages and historical monuments.
30 kilometers to the north, you will find the Genoese town of Bastia, with the most beautiful old port on the Mediterranean. Bastia also contains a famous citadel, which provided the palace of Governors or the region. Continue north above Bastia and you will discover the breathtaking landscapes of Cap Corse
The very central position of the villa is ideal to discover Corsica. The region of Porto Vecchio and its white sandy coves are 80kms, the cliffs of Bonifacio are 100kms and the ancient town of Corté is 50kms.
Other transport
The port town of Bastia provides regular ferry services to mainland France (Marseille and Nice), as well as to Italy (Genoa and Livorno).
Airports
The local airport of Bastia-Poretta, is just 20 mins away. Ajaccio airport on the West of the island is a 2 hour drive.
Driving directions
The villa is located in the coastal village of Taglio-Isolaccio, which is just a couple of minutes drive from the T10 main road, which connects Bastia in the North to Porto Vecchio in the South.

One month security deposit to be paid at time of reservation. Rent to be paid in advance, 1 week before your arrival. Utility bills to be charged based on consumption (electricity and water meter readings to be taken at check-in and check-out). A provision towards the utility bills to be paid with the rent (€350 pcm). Any over-/under-payments for the utilities will be settled with the return of the security deposit.
