The apartment is located within a secure residence, with swimming pool, restaurant, shop, tennis court and 9 hole golf course.
Available for monthly rentals between October to April from €750 euros per month + bills. Minimum stay is 3 months. Pets maybe accepted.

The apartment provides 28 m2 of living space
- In the lounge, there are 2 sofas (which pull-out to form a 2 single beds or a double bed). Patio doors provide access out onto the terrace.
- In the kitchen there is a hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine and large fridge-freezer.
- The bedroom contains a double bed (140cm x 190cm).
- The bathroom comes with a bath, overhed shower and wash basin. There is a separate WC.
- The apartment comes with electric heating.
Outside
- The terrace is 8m2 and has a patio table, 4 chairs and a parasol. The terrace has nice sea views.
- The apartment comes with a reserved car parking place (although the residential area is mainly pedestrianised).
- The resort comes with a golf course, 5 swimming pools, tennis courts, a shop, restaurant, cafe-bar and Spa.
- The apartment does not have a washing machine, but there is a launderette close-by to the apartment.

Last visited: August 2023. If you want to grab some winter sun for a few months in the South of France, then this compact beach apartment on the Cote d'Azur is perfect. The resort comes with its own services and a local bus takes you into the centre of Agay, for a larger choice of restaurants and shops. The apartment will ideally suit a single person or couple.

The large beach resort of Village Cap Estérel is laid out within 200 hectares of parkland and is located on the outskirts of the coastal town of Agay (2km to town centre), 9 km from Saint-Raphaël. and 40km from St Tropez. The resort is 900m from the sea and is mainly pedestrianised.
On site there is a 9 hole golf course, 5 swimming pools (open 1 April to 1 November), tennis courts, , a shop, restaurant, bakery, laundry and Spa. The sandy beach at "Tiki Plage" is 1.8 km and there is a Marina 1 km away.
The well-known lakes of Lac Saint-Cassien can easily be reached. Nearby you will also find hiking paths for the Massif de l'Estérel.
Other transport
There is a train station in Agay (500m from the resort), with regional train services to Cannes and Saint-Raphaël-Valescure TGV (where you can catch the TGV to Nice, Marseille and Paris).

The nearest airports are located at Nice airport (55 mins), Toulon airport (1 hour 25 mins) and Marseille airport (1 hour 40 mins)
Driving directions
The coastal town of Agay is located on the French Riviera, in between Cannes and St Tropez (40 km from both). Agay is just 9 km from the popular beach resort of Saint-Raphaël . Agay can be accessed by leaving the A8 motorway, exit number 38 "Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël".
