Casa Baléares is a lovely 5 bedroom villa for long term rentals with private pool in Southern France. This coastal villa is set in the foothills of the Pyrenees, just 15 minutes drive to the Mediterranean coast and the beaches at Argeles-sur-Mer, Saint Cyprien and Collioure. A short walk takes you into the centre of the sought-after village of Laroque des Alberes, with all the shops and restaurants that you will need. Perpignan is just 20kms to the North and the Spanish border is just 15 mins away.
The villa is located in a quiet residential on a large plot of 2,800m2 plot. This long term rental villa comes with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, games room and lovely views.
Available for monthly rentals between October to May from €2000 per month + bills. 12 month annual rentals available at €3000 per month + bills.

Casa Beléares is a spacious villa of 280 m2 living space. The villa is laid out over 2 floors and comes with covered car porch and large pool house.
Ground floor
- There is a large entrance hall which provides access to the lounge, kitchen and downstairs bedrooms
- The spacious living room is located on the ground floor and comes with a large 'U' shaped sofa, a large dining table, fireplace with insert fire and flat screen TV.
- The large kitchen is fully equipped with a large American fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is plenty of storage space and cooking utensils. A set of patio doors provide access out onto the front terrace, overlooking the driveway.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
- The master bedroom is located on the first floor and comes with a Super-king size bed (200cm x 200cm), fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, bath, wash basin and toilet. Patio windows provide access onto a private terrace, with views over the surrounding countryside. A separate door provides access to a balcony overlooking the pool.
- Bedroom 2 is an en suite double bedroom located on the ground floor. There is a Super-king size bed, (200cm x 200cm), fitted wardrobes and bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
- Bedroom 3 is an ideal space for children and comes with 3 single beds.
- Bedroom 4 is situated on the ground floor and is a double bedroom (King size bed) with fitted wardrobes. A patio door provides access to the garden and pool area.
- Bedroom 5 is located in the poolside apartment. This large space comes with an en suite bathroom, a double bed and a mezzanine floor with another double bed. This room ideally suits parents with children.
- There is another bathroom with a shower, wash basin and WC. There is also an additional toilet near the entrance.
Outside
- There is a beautiful private pool which is 8m x 4m and comes with a security alarm and Roman steps for easy access. Surrounding the pool there is a large pool terrace and garden. The pool terrace is well-furnished with plenty of sunbeds, comfortable outdoor lounge furniture and a large patio table and chairs.
- Next to the pool there is the large pool house which can be used as a games room, play area or home office.
- Beyond the pool is the former tennis court (which is no longer used).
- There is parking for several cars on the driveway.
Coastal long term rental villa in Southern France - prices:
The rental prices for this villa do not include the utility bills. There is a €350 monthly provision towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement of the Owner.
Long term rentals (Oct-May): from €2000 per month + bills
12 month annual rentals: €3000 per month + bills.
The villa rents for €3500 per week during July and August and is normally occupied for at least 10 weeks.

This large long term rental villa in Laroque-des-Alberes is the perfect accommodation for a large family or a couple with frequent guests. Laroque is a great village to be based in, providing easy access to the Mediterranean beaches and the sites of the Languedoc and Northern Spain. The village comes with a popular bar, 3-4 restaurants and a good range of shops. It is the most sought-after village in this area of the Pyrenees. A great location for a long stay in Southern France.

This long term rental villa with private pool in Southern France is situated in Laroque-des-Alberes, which has a medieval fort and church in its old centre. The local shops cater for most needs and there are several eating places ranging from a pizza takeaway and cafe bars to top quality restaurants.
There are many other interesting restaurants a short distance away, along the coast or in nearby villages, all within 15-30 minutes. Supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes. In the region, to the East there are wide sandy beaches and the rocky coves of the Cote Vermeille, where Collioure is the jewel in the crown. To the West are historic towns and spectacular scenery with Mount Canigou and Cathar Castles. To the South, Spain is only 20 minutes away with a choice of visiting pretty Costa Brava resorts and inland villages, or medieval Gerona or the Dali museum at Figueres.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station in Perpignan, with services to Paris and Barcelona.
