This lovely one bedroom waterfront apartment in Meze, South France is available for a long term winter lets between September to June each year. The apartment features a beautiful Waterfront location, Air conditioning (reversible for heating), a large terrace and secure underground parking. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the apartment building (suitable for elderly or people with restricted mobility) and comes with 1 double bedroom + sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV channels
The apartment is located in the coastal town of Meze, which is famous for its Oysters and Mussels. It is also a popular centre for water sports and sailing. The apartment is beautifully finished and comes with all mod cons including secure entry and elevators (suitable for the elderly or disabled).

This ground floor apartment comes with a large terrace with views over the water. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning and is heated in the winter. The apartment has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
- The large living room has a dining room table which seats 4 people, a large sofa bed and TV (with satellite channels).
- A large set of sliding patio doors leads onto a large (7.5x3.5m) terrace. The terrace looks onto the beach and the Etang du Thau. There are 2 sun loungers, a BBQ, a table with 4 chairs and a parasol. The patio doors have electronic shutters.
- The kitchen (located off the living room) has a breakfast bar, oven, hob, washing machine, kettle, fridge/freezer and toaster and is well equipped for 4 people.
The apartment has Wi-Fi internet and a private parking space.

The prices for this apartment for long term let in South France are monthly and do not include utilities. Minimum stay 3 months. Available for long term lets from September to June only. Price will depend on length of stay. Higher prices will apply to rentals in early/late summer. Not available for monthly rentals during July and August.

Last visited August 2020. A wonderful location and a lovely modern apartment. Ideal for a long term let in the South of France. The apartment is well equipped and is ideal for a couple. Right on the beach and a few minutes walk to the harbour where there are lots of restaurants. There is also a restaurant next to the apartments.

This apartment for long term let in South of France is located in the coastal town of Meze. The town is a popular tourist resort, situated on the shores of the Etang du Thau, across the water from the city of Sete. The Etang du Thau is a salt water lagoon separated from the Mediterranean sea by a narrow stretch of beach. Meze is famous for its oysters and other shellfish and the Etang du Thau is popular for fishing and a large variety of water sports.
Meze is a charming harbour town full of restaurants. Given its proximity to the Oyster beds, it comes as no surprise that the main streets in Meze are lined with stalls selling the very freshest shellfish. With beautiful surrounding countryside and a mountain backdrop, the Mediterranean beaches are just a few kilometres away.
This extraordinary town is also famous for its remains of nests with fossilised dinosaur eggs which were discovered only a few years ago on the road to Montagnac. There is now a museum situated in a large natural park which extends over 36 kilometres. You can walk through a 12 acre pine forest and travel back millions of years viewing all sorts of exhibits including a skeleton of a giant brachiosaurus which was unearthed here.

There is a TGV train station in the nearby town of Sete.
There is a regular bus service between Meze and Montpellier/Pezenas.

The apartment was perfect
The apartment was perfect for my guests over the year. The convenience to the port cafes & restaurants and beach were ideal. The arrangements were always made with ease.

Minimum rental period is 3 months. Available to rent monthly between September and June. Higher prices will apply to rentals during May, June and September. Not available July and August. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €200 towards the electricity, water, telephone/internet and local taxes.
Rent to be paid at the start of each month. €600 security deposit is required and will be returned upon inspection after departure.
