Last visited June 2024. If you are looking at long term rental options for a family in South of France, then this comfortable and practical property in Serignan is a good choice. Close to the beach and near to the main transport links (airport, autoroute and TGV). A stones throw to the boulangerie, cafes, a restaurant and shops.

Serignan has a large square shaded by plane trees, there is a Provençal market 3 times a week. Serignan has a good range of shops and there are also 3 big supermarkets closeby.
For fans of contemporary art, there is a celebrated local art museum with an auditorium offering theatre productions.
The beautiful Mediterranean beaches are only 4 km. Valras Plage is just 5 minutes drive. The nearby city of Beziers is packed with history and has a surprising number of attractions, including parks and gardens, museums, art galleries, theatres and bars, and restaurants serving delicious local cuisine. This small city, with its stunning cathedral and fabulous Canal du Midi, has a more peaceful charm, so that you can walk the historic streets without being crushed.
Serignan provides easy access to some of the popular tourist destinations such as Carcassonne, Pezenas and Narbonne.
