The villa is laid out over 2 floors and provides 140m² of living space. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, 3 minutes walk from the centre of Argeles, with its shops, bars, restaurants and its local market.
Ground floor
- The lounge has been furnished beautifully, with leather club armchairs and matching sofa. The lounge has a flat screen TV with international channels.
- The large dining room looks out over the pool and garden. The dining table can seat 6-8 people
- The sleek modern kitchen comes with a large central island with stools underneath. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and espresso machine. There is plenty of storage space and cooking utensils.
- Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and comes with a double bed (140 x 200). The bedroom has air conditioning.
- Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.
First floor
- The Master bedroom is a spacious room with a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm). The bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and WC. The bedroom has air conditioning and beautiful views out towards the Pyrenees mountains.
- Bedroom 3 comes with a large double bed (180 x 200) and it has French windows which provide access out onto a beautiful private terrace with a view of the Canigou Mountain.
- Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200). The bedroom has air conditioning.
- There is a family bathroom with a corner bath with overhead shower, a WC and wash basin.
Outside
- There is a small heated swimming pool *. Surrounding the pool there is a large deck with outdoor seating area and sunbathing terrace with stylish bean bags.
- There is a barbecue/plancha.
* The swimming pool heater costs approximately €100 per week. It is not advisable to use the pool heater during November to February because the outdoor temperature is insiufficient to raise the pool temperature by a few degrees.

The villa is available for rent between mid-October and mid-March. The minimum stay 3 months. In addition to the rent there is a monthly provision of €250 towards the electricity, Wi-Fi and water. Firewood to be purchased separately.
