This lovely Art Déco property is located in the heart of the historic town of Pézenas, in Southern France. The house is available for long term rentals from October to May from €1200 per month + bills. This 18th century stone house has been lovingly restored and comes with beautiful French Art Déco furniture. The finish throughout is exceptional!
Located on the corner of a small square, the property is suitable for a couple or 1-2 families with its 5 spacious bedrooms. All the bedrooms come with air conditioning and there are 3 en-suite bathrooms. The house has good WiFi and the well-equipped Southern French kitchen offers all modern appliances. You can prepare your food in the kitchen and then enjoy your meal in the sunshine on the adjoining terrace.

The house consists of 4 floors
Ground floor
- You enter through a nice antique wooden door or via garage, with a medieval vaulted ceiling (4,85 m high), with space for 4 cars (80 m2).
- There is a laundry room on this floor with washing machine.
- Under the house, the vaulted stone wine cave (now used as a dining room), keeps an all year round temperature of 18 degrees.
First floor
- The well-equipped kitchen comes with a kitchen table and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils that you will need.
- The Art Deco bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom, this room has two beds (90x200).
- The 35 m2 living room comes with dining area, armchairs in front of the beautiful fireplace and a large sofa in front of the TV.
- The connecting terrace of 20 m2 has awnings, dining area, barbecue and a daybed.
Second floor
- A Shabby Chic bedroom has two beds (90x200), small dressing room and en suite bathroom .
- The Louis-Philippe bedroom that has two beds (90x190), overlooking the terrace.
Third floor
- The French Boudoir bedroom comes with a double bed (140x190) and en suite bathroom.
- The Japanese bedroom comes with a double bed (140x190) and an extra sofa bed (130x190).
- There is also a mezzanine, leading up to the small roof platform, overlooking the city.

Located right in the heart of the old town in Pezenas, this beautiful Town House is the perfect property to soak up all the history, culture and cuisine in Southern France. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people and comes with ample private parking.
The high staircase, although easy to walk in, unfortunately makes the house less suitable for young children or motion-limited. Smoking not allowed.

The house is located in southern France in the historic city of Pézenas, dating back to the 9th century. This well-known small town is located in the Languedoc area near the Mediterranean Sea. Here you will experience the authentic Southern France lifestyle and enjoy the opportunity to visit vineyards, play golf, hike in the mountains, cycle along Canal de Midi, as well as enjoy the sunshine! In addition, the area is a gastronomic mecca for seafood, wine and delicious cheeses.
Pézenas´ historical center, has many attractions. Here you find dozens of artisan craftsmen and tiny shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, public pool, theatre, festivals all along year, more than 40 antique shops, restaurants, bars . . . etc.
The Mediterranean sea is just 20 mins drive away and other local attractions include Abbaye de Valmagne, Etang de Thau (salty lake) with oysters production, Natural bird reserve, Canal du Midi, Beach resorts (Vias, Cap d`Agde), beaches, Béziers and Cap d`Agde golf courses, Sète (40 minuts) mediterrean port.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station in Beziers and Agde. Regular bus services run from Pezenas to both towns.

The nearest airports are Beziers (25 km), Montpellier (50 km) and Barcelona (300 km).
Driving directions
Pezenas is located close to the A75 motorway, which runs down from Paris to Southern France.
