The main living accommodation is located on the first floor. There is a self-contained apartment on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first floor comes with gas central heating and Wi-Fi.

First floor

• The spacious open-plan living room is 35.00 m2 and is very bright and airy, with sets of patio windows at each end. The dining area features a large table that can seat 4-6 people. The comfortable lounge is organised around the large wood burner and comes with 2 sofas and armchairs.
• The fully fitted kitchen comes with everything you need including an oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. The house has a full set of plates, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils.

A hallway leads off the living room down to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom

• Bedroom 1 is a good sized double bedroom (12.00 m2) with a large double bed and a patio window which provides access to the terrace
• The family bathroom comes with a bath, shower cubicle and twin sinks.
• Bedroom 2 features a double bed and fitted wardrobes.
• Bedroom 3 can be used as a bedroom or as a home office.

Outside

The lounge and Bedroom 1 have patio doors which provide access out onto the terrace.

• The terrace comes with a large patio table with parasol, sunbeds and a traditional charcoal BBQ.
• The terrace provides access to the garden which is laid out on a steep slope, with mature oak and chesnut trees.

Ground floor (self contained apartment)

There is a 2 bed self-contained apartment on the ground floor, with its own private terrace. The apartment is heated via electric radiators.

• The living room is quite spacious (18.00 m2) and features a sofa, arm chairs and a dining table.
• Bedroom 1 is a good size (18m2) and comes with twin beds. Patio doors provide access to private terrace at the side of the house.
• Bedroom 2 is very spacious and features twin beds, a sof and a large wardrobe
• The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
• The small kitchenette comes with a hot plate, fridge, washing machine and storage space.
• There is also a large garage on the ground floor

The house is available for long term rentals for up to 12 months. In addition to the monthly rent, there is a provision of €300 per month towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and heating. The minimum stay is 3 months.
