The farmhouse is laid out over two floors and provides 160m2 of living space.

Ground floor

You enter the farmhouse from the front courtyard into the dining room. A hallway provides access to the kitchen and lounge.

• The dining room is fitted with an antique dining table with seating for 6-8 people. There is a large sideboard. French windows provide access to the terrace at the rear of the farmhouse.
• The large kitchen features an oven, American fridge-freezer, gas hob and plenty of storage space. There is a large kitchen table. French windows provide access out onto the terrace at the rear of th farmhouse.
• The spacious lounge comes with a working open fireplace, large book cases, antique sofa and armchairs. There are French windows on both side of the room, allowing plenty of light to flood into the room. The French windows provide access to the courtyard at the front of the farmhouse and the terrace at the rear. A staircase leads up from the lounge to the first floor.

First floor

There are 4 bedrooms and one bathroom on this floor.

• Bedroom 1 is a large room with a double bed, antique chest of drawers and a dressing table. There is an electric radiator. The bedroom looks out over the front courtyard.
• Bedroom 2 is a spacious double bedroom. The bedroom comes with bedside tables, 2 armchairs and an antique dressing table. There is an electric radiator. The bedroom looks out over the front courtyard.
• Bedroom 3 has a single bed, side table and an electric radiator. Next to the bedroom there is a large fitted wardrobe. The bedroom looks out over the terrace and garden.
• Bedroom 4 come with a single bed, bedside cabinets and a large wardrobe. The bedroom looks out over the terrace and garden at the back of the farmhouse.
• The family bathroom comes with a large bath with overhead shower and a wash basin. There is a separate WC.

Outside:

• Just behind the farmhouse, there is a large terrace, with patio table and chairs. This is for the private use of the tenants. When the Owner\'s swimming pool is open (May to September), tenants are able to use the pool. The pool is surrounded by a large lawn with palm trees.
• Tenants can also access the Owner\'s very large garden (5000m2), which features mature trees and interesting walks through the olive groves and woodland.
• The courtyard in front of the farmhouse is shared jointly with the Owner. There is parking to the side of the farmhouse, with space for several cars.

Le Petit St Jean farmhouse is available for long term rent between September to June. The Owner\'s family use the house from mid-July to mid-August each year. The monthly rental prices quoted are based on a 6 month rental period. Higher prices may apply to shorter rental periods, especially if the rental period includes either June or September.
