The villa is laid out on 2 floors and comprises 120m2 of living space.

Ground floor

The large open plan living room is a great space to spend your time. With the large patio windows it gives you a real indoor-outdoor living experience. The living room is air conditioned.

• The lounge area has a large corner sofa and 2 leather armchairs. A set of folding sliding doors provide access to the covered terrace area, pool and garden
• There is a dining table with seating for 8-10 people.
• The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, induction hob, microwave, large American fridge-freezer, Espresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is plenty of storage space, cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery. Another set of folding-sliding patio doors provide access from the kitchen to the outdoor dining area.
• Bedroom 1 is a large double bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and air conditioning. Next to the bedroom there is a TV snug
• Bedroom 2 contains a double bed, air conditioning and a TV.
• The bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. 
• There is also a games room on the lower ground floor which comes with a table football, a wide screen TV with cable channels, a DVD player, video games and more.

First floor

There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the first floor. Each bedroom comes with reversible air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a TV.

• Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom and comes with a Queen-sized bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
• Bedroom 4 comes with a standard size double bed.
• Bedroom 5 is fitted with a double bed.
• The family bathroom comes with a corner bath, walk-in shower and WC.

Outside

• There are 2 outdoor seating areas. One is covered and comes with lounge furniture and the other is uncovered and features a patio table and chairs.
• The 8m x 4m swimming pool can be heated.
• There is a garden with lawn area, Mediterranean plants and a ping pong table. The garden is enclosed with a fence.
• There is parking for 1 car. Additional parking is located 50m away.

Cote d'Azur villa for long term rent - prices

The rental price includes bed linen, towels and bath towels, and a weekly cleaning service. The monthly utility bills (electricity, water and Wi-Fi) are to be paid in addition to the rent. There is a monthly provision of €275 for the utility bills. Small pets are very welcome. Minimum stay is 2 months. Not available between May to September.

Long term rentals (November to April): €4000 per month + bills
