Cote d'Azur villa for long term rentals - facilities

The villa comes with electronic security shutters as well as wooden shutters on all the windows. It is fully air-conditioned in every room (reversible for the winter months) 4 of the bedrooms are located in the main house and a further bedroom is in a self-contained annexe.

Ground floor

• The spacious lounge is fitted with comfortable sofas and armchairs and has a wood burner which heats the whole villa. The lounge comes with an LCD TV, Apple TV, Netflix, DVD Player and Wi-Fi. Patio doors lead out from the lounge to the terrace and pool area.
• The newly fitted kitchen is equipped with an American fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Patio doors lead out from the kitchen to a shaded terrace with a table and chairs.
• Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom. French windows provide access out onto a small terrace and the garden. The bedroom has air conditioning (reversible).
• Bedroom 2 has a double bed and comes with an en-suite bathroom (shower, bath and W.C). French windows provide access out onto a small terrace and the garden. The bedroom has air conditioning (reversible).
• There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

First floor

• Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom and is fitted with a King size double bed (180cm x 200cm).The bedroom has air conditioning (reversible).
• Bedroom 4 has a King size double bed (180cm x 200cm). The bedroom has air conditioning (reversible).
• There is a family bathroom with a shower, wash basin and WC.

Annexe

• The annexe is fully self-contained and has its own access if needed. It comes with a bedroom (with double bed) and a bathroom.
• There is a games room with a pool table, easy chairs and air conditioning.
• The annexe has a terrace and overlooks the herb garden which is a beautiful scented area that entices you to sit outside and enjoy a glass of the local Rose wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning.

Outside

• There is a heated swimming pool which has a pool alarm fitted. The pool is normally open from May to October.
• There is a spacious garden with a lawn, herb garden, mature trees and Mediterranean plants. The garden has an automatic irrigation system and is maintained by a professional gardener.
• There is a summer kitchen and bar, external lighting and a brick-built BBQ. There are 2 outside dining areas. The garden also has a trampoline and ping pong table.
• The driveway has electronic gates and parking for 2 cars on the drive and further parking in the garage and under the car port.

Villa in Cote d'Azur for long term rentals - prices

Villa Chesnaye is available for monthly rentals between October to May. The minimum rental period is 2 months. The prices quoted are based on a 6 month rental period. Utility bills to be paid in addition to the monthly rent (there is a monthly provision of €350 towards the electricity, Wi-Fi, water and local taxes). Firewood to be purchased separately.
