This large Provençal villa is laid out over 2 floors

Ground floor

• The entrance lobby provides access to the kitchen on the right, a corridor down to the famil bathroom on the left and the living room straight ahead
• The living room contains a dining area (with a large Oak dining table that can seat 8-10 people) and a comfortable lounge with a flat screen TV (with cable channels), 4 leather armchairs and a 2 seater sofa.
• The living room has a wood burning stove and reversible air conditioning. There are 3 sets of French windows which provide access to the terrace and pool area.
• Just off the living room, there is a large double bedroom. The bedroom comes with a Queen-size bed, storage space and has French windows which provide direct access to the pool terrace.
• The kitchen is fully-equipped and comes with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and plenty of cooking utensils and storage space. There is a round kitchen table and a set of patio doors which lead out to the terrace and barbeque area. The kitchen comes with reversible air conditioning.
• The utility room features a washing machine and tumble dryer, a large American fridge-freezer, sink and a large antique dresser.
• At the end of the corridor from the entrance lobby, there is a toilet and the family bathroom (with corner bath, shower, heated towel rail and wash basin).

First floor

The stairs from the living room leads up to an open gallery, which provides access to the 3 bedrooms.

• Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with air conditioning. The bedroom has views over the pool and has restricted height in certain places.
• Bedroom 3 is a doubled bedroom with an en-suite bathroom containing a walk-in shower and wash basin. The bedroom comes with air conditioning and lovely views.
• Bedroom 4 comes with its own private roof terrace. The bedroom contains a single bed (with another pull-out single bed underneath) and is air conditioned. There is an en-suite bathroom with wash basin and walk-in shower.
• There is a separate toilet off the gallery landing

Outside:

The villa sits in a large plot at the top of a private driveway with a large garden which has an area to play boules and table tennis. The pool is 12m x 6m and is not heated. The outside terrace is a wonderful area to relax with plenty of comfortable sunloungers and 2 large awnings which operate independently to ensure shade or sun as preferred.

This 4 bed villa in Plascassier, Cote d'Azur, is available for long term rentals between October to April. Prices are based on a 6 month rental period. Minimum stay is 3 months. Not available May to September. The rental price does not include the utility bills (there is a monthly provision of €350 towards the electricity, water, WiFi and communal taxes). Firewood to be purchased separately.
