This long term rental is a 17th century village house in the centre of Pezenas, one of the most beautiful towns in the southwest of France. The Corner House comes with one bedroom, with additional sleeping on a bed settee in the lounge. The accommodation is spread over over three floors, with a kitchen/living room on the ground floor, lounge on the first floor and bedroom on the top floor.
The property is literally just a 1 minute walk to shops, restaurants, bars, art galleries and the beautiful church Saint Jean. Pezenas is within easy reach of the beaches, as well as Montpellier, Beziers, Narbonne and Carcassonne.

The Corner House is laid out over 3 floors and has windows on 2 sides of the house.
Ground floor
- There is a dining area with a cosy sofa to relax and read a book.
- The kitchen is small, but adequately equipped with an oven, two-ring hob and large pantry space. A large fridge/freezer and washing machine comprises the rest of the kitchen.
First floor
- There is a large living room, with shuttered windows that open onto a small balconette. This room is perfect to unwind, enjoy a glass of wine or listen to some music. It also doubles as a second/guest bedroom with a double sofa bed.
- Next to the living room there is a bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.
Top floor
- The master bedroom is a spacious and airy room, covering the full top floor with three windows allowing views across the tiled rooftops. With space to rest, to dress and relax, it is a lovely room for a couple, and if necessary allows ample space for a baby cot.
Free parking in a number of car parks less than five minutes walk from the house.

Last visited May 2020. This long term rental is conveniently located to explore the sites of Languedoc Roussillon and the South of France. It is also very convenient for the beach, the Canal du Midi or exploring the mountains and countryside. The gite is also within easy striking distance of Montpellier, Beziers & Narbonne. Recently refurbished this property is light and airy and will accommodate up to 4 people with ease. It is situated a 1 minuite walk to the centre of town. Whether you are house hunting or having an extended holiday this long term rental in Pezenas is ideal.

Pezenas is a historic town with a population of about 8000. It is in the heart of the Languedoc regionof the South of France a vast winemaking area. The town has several bakeries and shops within easy walking distance of the house. The Saturday market is a must for anyone who loves Mediterranean food.
Pezenas is near the 2 major motorways - A9 and A75 there is a train station at Agde - 20 mins away.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station at Agde and Beziers, with regular bus services direct to Pezenas.
