Domaine du Pin was built in 1832, with further extensions built on over the years. The property is the home of a friendly English family who have lived and worked in the area for 15 years.
The house has a separate entry from the farmhouse and is entirely independent. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, an open plan living room, bathroom and front terrace.
- The living room is air-conditioned (reversible for heating in winter) and comes with 2 sofas, a flat screen TV with UK satellite channels and a coffee table. There is a set of French doors which lead out onto a large private terrace.
- The kitchen is equipped with a double oven, hob, fridge-freezer and plenty of storage space. There is also a breakfast bar which provides seating for 4 people.
- There is WiFi internet throughout the house.
- Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed, wardrobes and bedside cabinet. The bedroom also has an air-conditioning unit.
- Bedroom 2 is fitted with twin beds, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
- The bathroom is spacious and has a walk in shower, basin and a separate WC. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
Outside: At the front of the house there is a private terrace with a BBQ, table and chairs, exterior lighting. Secure parking. At the property there is a large garden and a swimming pool which is 8m x 4m in size and come with a pool terrace. The swimiing pool is open from May to September.

In recent years a tremendous amount of investment has flowed into Beziers and it has become a real property hot spot. Beziers has historically been the capital of the Languedoc wine industry and the local area is dominated by vineyards.
