La Forte is a cheap long term property rentals in the South of France, just 15 minutes drive to the Mediterranean beaches. This 2 bedroom property is located close to Beziers and is available to rent from October to May for €600 per month (plus utility costs). 12 month long term rentals may also be considered.
The long term rental is spacious inside and also comes with air conditioning and a private terrace. The property is located within the grounds of a large farmhouse, which comes with a very large garden and swimming pool. There is parking for several cars.

You access the property down a long driveway to the farmhouse. Domaine du Pin was built in 1832, with further extensions built on over the years. The property is the home of a friendly English family who have lived and worked in the area for 15 years.
The rental property has a separate entry from the farmhouse and is entirely independent. The property is laid out all on one level. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, an open plan living room, bathroom and front terrace.
- The living room is air-conditioned (reversible for heating in winter) and comes with 2 sofas, a flat screen TV with some international channels, a dining table and a coffee table. There is a set of French doors which lead out onto the private terrace.
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer and plenty of storage space.
- There is WiFi internet throughout the house.
- Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed, wardrobes and bedside cabinet. The bedroom also has an air-conditioning unit.
- Bedroom 2 is fitted with twin beds, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
- The bathroom is spacious and has a walk in shower, full bath, wash basin and WC. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
Outside: At the front of the house there is a private terrace with table and chairs and exterior lighting. There is secure parking for several cars. The farmhouse comes with extensive grounds. There is a boules pitch and a swimming pool (8m x 4m). Next to the pool there is a sun terrace and summer kitchen/bar area. The swimming pool is open from May to September.

This long term rental property is located in between Beziers and the village of Maraussan. The village has shops and restaurants and is also very handy for the road network.
Beziers is a great area for a long term let. It is located close to the Mediterranean beaches, it has fantastic transport connections, great shops and over 2000 years of history to explore. In recent years a tremendous amount of investment has flowed into Beziers and it has become a real property hot spot. Beziers has historically been the capital of the Languedoc wine industry and the local area is dominated by vineyards.
The region has some wonderful old towns to visit such as Carcassonne, Toulouse and Montpellier; and you are just around an hour`s drive from Spain, so you can pop across the border. Further inland you will find the beautiful Haut Languedoc Regional Park, which offers plenty of forests, lakes, canyons, gorges and mountains to explore.
