Last visited October 2024. This house for long term rental in Pezenas is a great price considering it comes with a decent sized garden, private parking, fibre internet and a communal swimming pool. On top of that, the house is just a short walk to the historic town centre of Pezenas, one of the prettiest towns in the South of France. This house is ideal for a single person or couple. The Mediterranean beaches are just 25 mins away and the local road network makes it easy to visit Bezeiers, Montpellier, Carcassonne, Nimes and Narbonne.

It is a 15 minute steady walk to the main road through Pezenas and the nearest shops and supermarket are just a 5 minute walk away.The medieval town of Pezenas has long been a haven for artists and is a wonderful example of a real, working typical Languedoc village. Discover the old Jewish quarter of the village in a maze of winding streets and the many artisan shops selling handcrafted wares. With its excellent choice of restaurant and pavement cafés, festivals, concerts and cultural events and the famous, traditional market which invades the streets every Saturday, it is not to be missed!
