This 3 bed house in the lovely village of Roquebrun, South France, is available for rent on a long term basis from September to June for €1000 per month + bills. Roquebrun is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty (the Haut Languedoc National Park) and is set within the vineyards of the St Chinian wine region.

The house is set above the village and is laid out all on one level. The house comes with two Wi-Fi zones ( including the poolside & terrace) and the internet connection is very good. Heating is provided by air conditioning.
- The lounge comes equipped with a L-shaped sofa and flat screen TV. The TV has Netflix and Apple TV installed
- The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. There is a full set of plates, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils.
- Just off the kitchen, there is a lovely dining room/sun room. There is a table with seating for 4-6 people. This room has nice views over the village and the mountains beyond.
- Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine/tumble dryer
- The Master bedroom is fitted with a King-sized bed and air conditioning. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Patio windows provide access out onto the terrace.
- Bedroom 2 comes with a single bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom (with shower, wash basin and WC). Patio windows provide access out onto the terrace.
- Bedroom 3 is located off the living room and comes with a single bed. Patio windows provide access out onto the terrace.
- There is a guest toilet in the hallway.
Outside
- The swimming pool is 10m x 4m and is surrounded by a small sun terrace. The pool is normally open from mid-May to September.
- Outside the kitchen, there is a terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. The terrace has a patio table and a BBQ.
- The sloping garden is predominantly planted with mature trees and woodland. There are children\'s swings and a hammock.
- There is parking for one car.

The house is well-equipped and provides comfortable accommodation for a long term let. Roquebrun is situated within a beautiful corner of Southern France, surrounded by mountains, rivers and vineyards. This area is perfect for walkers and keen cyclists (with some of the best cycle routes in Europe). The house has a good Wi-Fi connection and therefore offers the possibility for remote working.

The medieval village of Roquebrun is perched on a hillside above the River Orb. The village comes equipped with a 4-5 restaurants, couple of cafe-bars, a local supermarket, boulangerie, hairdresser and even a local micro-brewery.
The hard shale soil surrounding Roquebrun is surprisingly perfect for growing vines, with the stones retaining water and heat for the roots. The wines from St Chinian are well regarded and are sold under the St Chinian wine region.
Surrounding Roquebrun you will find some magnificent hiking trails and the cycle routes through the Haut Languedoc National Park are some of the best in Europe.
The city of Beziers is a 35 mins drive and the Mediterranean coast can be reached in 45 mins.

There is a TGV train station at Beziers. There is also a regular bus service from Béziers to Roquebrun.
