Au Souleu is a beautiful 6 bedroom property in Vence, Cote d'Azur. The property is available for long term rentals between October to May. This stone built property is very spacious inside and comes with 4 bathrooms, a stunning open plan dining room and fitted kitchen. Outside there is a lovely garden, small swimming pool, extended terraces and private parking.
Vence is a beautiful old town, which comes with a good range of shops, supermarkets and facilities. The house is just a minute walk from the historical center of Vence and just 10 kms to Nice airport and 20 mins to the Mediterranean beaches.
Available for long term rentals from €3500 per month + bills. Pets maybe accepted by request.

This stone built property is laid out over 3 floors. The house has central heating and has Fibre internet.
Ground floor
- The centre-piece of the house is the stunning dining room. This contains a beautiful antique dining table with seating for up to 10 people. The dining room has a brick fireplace, antique sideboard and two sets of French windows leading out onto the terrace and garden.
- The lounge comes with a sofa, armchairs and a flat screen TV. French windows provide access onto the terrace.
- The kitchen comes fully-equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and microwave.
- Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
- Bedroom 1 is located on the garden side of the house. It comes with a double bed and a closet containing a wash basin. French windows provide access to the garden.

First floor
- The Master bedroom is a beautiful room with a large private terrace. There is an en suite bathroom. A set of French windows lead out onto the terrace, with lovely views over the garden.
- Bedroom 3 comes with a King size bed (which can be transformed into twin beds).

- Bedroom 5 is contains a single bed.

Top floor
- Bedroom 6 is a large double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and beautiful views towards the coast. The bedroom has a large double bed (180cm x 200cm), a table and chairs and storage.
Ouside:
- There is a lovely shaded terrace which runs the length of the property. This is perfect for al fresco dining.
- The gaden comes with plenty of seating areas, a full size petanque court and a plunge pool with sun deck.

The perfect place to enjoy a relaxing few months on the French Riviera. Vence is a popular location and provides easy access to Nice, Monaco, Cannes and the Cote d'Azur coastline. This large long term rental property is ideal if you have a large extended family or you wish to welcome groups of friends for visits. Vence provides enough local facilities and shops, all within walking distance of the house.

The lovely village of Vence, near to Nice is famous for its sunshine and mimosas. Situated between the beaches of Mediterranean and the mountains, Vence is the perfect centre for exploring the Cote d’Azur.
The historic walled village of Vence, with Roman foundations, contains a beautiful Cathedral and has weekly markets on several days. Vence has some excellent food shops and a variety of restaurants, boutiques, weekly antiques market, daily fresh produce market, cafes and art galleries. The surrounding area is rich in history and there are many local museums dedicated to the famous artists who lived nearby: Chagal, Matisse, Renoir, Picasso and Leger. The fabulous Maeght Foundation Art Gallery in nearby St. Paul de Vence, should definitely be on your list of day trips.
