The villa is laid out all on one floor. The villa has air conditioning throughout (reversible for heating in the winter period) and fibre internet.

• The entrance lobby has a cloakroom and provides access into the bright and airy open plan living area (55 sq m). 
• The living room is furnished in a contemporary style, with plenty of room for 6 guests. The lounge area comes with 2 comfortable leather sofas, an armchair, a coffee table and TV (with international channels) Two sets of French doors provide access from the living room to the terrace, pool and garden. The living room has air conditioning.
• The kitchen comes with a breakfast bar, a large American fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The kitchen is well-equipped with a variety of cooking utensils, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery.
• There is a large dining table easily seating 6.

A hallway leads off from the living room to the 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom.

• The master bedroom has a comfortable super King-size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The bedroom has air conditioning.
• Bedroom 2 can be set-up either as a twin room or as a double bedroom with a King size bed. The bedroom comes with fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. It also has useful washbasin. The bedroom has air conditioning.
• Bedroom 3 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and air conditioning. 
• The family bathroom comes with a full bath with overhead shower, a separate walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside

• There is a covered terrace with seating area and a patio table and chairs. The terrace has a built-in barbeque.
• Next to the terrace area there is a pool room with the washing machine.
• The swimming pool is 7m x 4m and normally open from mid-May to end of September). Surrounding the pool there are sunbeds and easy chairs and the garden with mature trees, Mediterranean plants and lawn area.

Villa to rent long term in South France - prices

The villa can be rented from mid-November to mid-April. The prices quoted are based on a 4-5 month rental period. Higher rates will apply to shorter rentals. In addition to the rent, there is a provision of €200 per month towards the utility bills. Minimum stay is 3 months. Sorry pets not accepted.
