The neighbouring village of St Felix de Lodez comes with a good range of shops and amenities. The market towns of Clermont l'Herault and Gignac are both 10 mins drive and the popular city of Montpellier is just 20 mins.
The villa is available for 3 month rentals between October to April from €1000 per month + bills.

- Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. French windows lead out onto the covered terrace.

This lovely villa in Jonquières is the perfect place to spend a few months in Southern France. Inside the villa is modern and comfortable. Outside there are beautiful views over the vineyards. Jonquières is a pretty village with a long history of wine-making. There are 8 different vineyards located in the village (all selling wine at local prices). The neighbouring village of St Felix de Lodez has a good range of shops and facilities and is an easy bike ride or 20 minute walk.

The village of Jonquières is located 25kms west of Montpellier in the Herault department of Southern France. Close by you will find the pretty village of Saint Guilhem le Desert (one of the top 50 most beautiful villages in France).
The neighbouring village of Saint-Felix-de-Lodez has an excellent deli, a butcher, 2 restaurants, a bar, hairdresser and beautician.
Montpellier is easily accessible by public transport, or 20 minutes by car. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walking and cycling, there are rivers and lakes nearby. The Mediterranean beaches are a 35 minute drive away.
