Maison Jules Ferry is a spacious 3 bed house for rent in the quaint village of Pouzolles in Southern France. The house comes with a large outdoor space comprising of a pool terrace, garden and a large balcony. The house has garage parking, central heating, satellite TV and fibre internet. The house is just a short walk to a popular bar-restaurant, small supermarket and a bar-tabac. In the centre of Pouzolles there is a beautiful Chateau and a medieval church. The village is surrounded by vineyards in all directions and there is a celebrated wine-maker (where you can buy wine at wholesale prices).
Maison Jules Ferry is available for monthly rentals from mid-November to mid-April from €875 per month + bills.

The house is laid out over 3 floors and is set on a quiet street in the heart of the village. The house has central heating, air conditioning (reversible), fast internet, double glazing and satellite TV.
Ground floor
- The beautiful entrance hall provides access to the garage and to the upper floors.
- The garage provides parking for one car and also provides access to the garden and pool area
First floor
- The large lounge has two seating areas with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The TV has both internet and satellite channels.
- The dining room has a large dining table with seating for 8 people. French windows provide access out onto the large balcony.
- The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, gas hob and a large fridge-freezer.
- There is a bathroom which has a shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
Second floor
- Bedroom 1 comes with a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and a small Juliette balcony which provides lovely views over the garden and village.
- Bedroom 2 has twin beds and stylish anique furniture.
- Bedroom 3 is a very large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a dressing table.
- There is a small office area in the hallway outside Bedroom 3, with a desk and internet access.
- The bathroom features a free-standing bath, walk-in shower, WC and twin wash basins
Outside
- There is a large balcony on the first floor which has a large table and chairs. The balcony provides lovely views towards the church and Château in the centre of the village.
- Steps lead down from the balcony to a courtyard garden, featuring a large well.
- The garden provides access to the large terrace surrounding the swimming pool. There is a covered eating area with BBQ.

This charming village of Pouzolles in the South of France, is a wine-making village with around 1,000 inhabitants. Situated in the old Languedoc region, the village is surrounded by vineyards and is just 30 km from the Mediterranean beaches. Nearby, you will find the beautiful historic town of Pezenas and the busting city of Beziers, known for its massive summer festival (the Feria).
The village is dominated by the impressive local Chateau and by the church, built on the site of the ancient ramparts. Beyond the village, you can see the Black Mountains of the Haut Languedoc National Park.
There is a restaurant/bar in the village, as well as a small supermarket, newsagent and a wine cellar. The nearest supermarket is in the neighbouring village of Roujan (5km).
Other transport
There is a TGV train station in the nearby towns of Agde and Beziers.

One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation (which will become the security deposit on the first day of the lease). Rent to be paid in advance, together with a provision of €300 per month towards the electricity, water, heating and WiFi. The Owners would prefer not to accept pets.
