Le Petit Paradis is a lovely one bedroom house for long term lets in South France that comes with an enclosed garden and pool. The house is situated in a quiet residential area on the edge of the village of Plassan. The village is located 30 mins from Montpellier and just 15 mins from the historic town of Pezenas. The village is surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills. In the village there is a small shop, a boulangerie and a pizzeria.
The house comes with a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom, terrace and enclosed garden. The house also has a private parking place behind remote control gates.
Le Petit Paradis is available for long term lets between mid-October to mid-April from €700 per month + bills. The minimum stay is 3 months.

This one bedroom property is laid out all on one level and provides 50m of living accommodation. The house is heated by reversible air conditioning. The house has good speed Wi-Fi.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, washing machine, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. There is plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.
- Next to the kitchen there is a dining table with seating for 4 people.
- The lounge comes with a leather sofa (which folds out to form a sofa bed), an arm chair, coffee table and large flat screen TV. Patio doors provide access out to the pool and garden.
- The large bedroom comes with a double bed (160cm x 200cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. French windows provide access out to the pool and garden.
- The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, double sinks and storage. There is a separate WC.
Outside
- There is a decent size walled garden, which features a sunny gazebo, a covered terrace and swimming pool (6m x 4m). There are a number of mature Olive trees and the whole garden is fitted with artificial grass.
- The swimming pool is normally open from May to late-September. The pool can be kept open during the winter months if the tenant agrees to carry out regular pool cleaning and pays for the chemicals.
- There is parking for one car behind electric gates.

Le Petit Paradis can be rented between mid-October to mid-April from €700 per month + bills. There is a monthly provision of €150 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes. The minimum stay is 3 months, although 6 month rentals are preferred. Due to the artificial grass in the garden, the Owner would prefer not to accept pets.

This cute one bedroom property provides very comfortable and easy to maintain long term let accommodation in South France. This rental will ideally suit a single person or a couple. Plaissan is a small, quiet village, but it is very friendly and it is beautifully set amongst the vineyards and the rolling hills. This is an ideal spot to spend a few months in the South of France.

Plaissan is a small wine producing village located in the heart of the Herault department in the Languedoc region. This Southern France village comes with a boulangerie, local shop and a restaurant. The village is also visited by local food producers with a Butcher's van visiting on Thursdays at 10h00, a Fish van on Fridays at 10h30 and the Oyster & Mussel van on Fridays at 11h30.
The nearby village of St Pargoire has a good restaurant and more shops and services.
Plaissan is close to the Herault river and there is a popular swimming spot at the neighbouring village of Bélarga. The Mediterranean beaches are 20-30 mins drive and there are some excellent local fishing villages on the nearby Etang de Thau (Meze, Bouzigues and Marseillan).
The beautiful city of Montpellier is just 30 mins drive.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station at Montpellier, Beziers and Sete. There are local bus services that pass through the village to the towns of Gignac and Clermont l'Herault. There are connecting bus services to Montpellier, Pezenas and Beziers.
