Maison Frejus is a 2 bed villa for long term rentals on the Cote d'Azur in South France. The coastal town of Frejus is a popular French Riviera beach resort, close to Saint Tropez. The villa is just 900m from the historic centre of Frejus and the beach is 1.5km away
The villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the historic centre of Frejus. The villa comes with a garden (400m2), large open plan living room with fireplace, reversible air conditioning and private parking.
The villa is available for long term rentals from November to May from €1250 per month + utility bills. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement of the Owner.

The villa is laid out on one level.
- The large living room comes with a comfortable sofa and arm chair, Flat screen TV and alcove seating next to the fireplace. The living room also comes with air conditioning for heating and cooling.
- There is a dining table with seating for 6 people. In the dining area there is a tall antique wardrobe and a sideboard.
- The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, microwave, gas hob, large fridge-freezer and coffee machine. There is also a small breakfast table and plenty of plates, cutlery and glasses. A door from the kitchen leads out onto the side terrace and seating area.
- Bedroom 1 contains a dounle bed, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
- Bedroom 2 also comes with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning (reversible).
- There is a large bathroom with a full-size bath, wash basin and shower cubicle. There is a separate toilet.
- There is a small home office (or guest bedroom) which contains a desk, storage cupboard and shelves and a small sofa bed.
- The garage provides storage for suitcases and some personal effects.
Outside
- The villa is situated on a small plot of 400m2. The garden is mainly paved/laid with gravel. There is a shaded seating area with patio table and parasol, as well as a sun bathing area.
- There is parking for 2 cars.

This property in Frejus, Cote d'Azur is available for monthly rentals from November to May. The minimum stay is 3 months, although the Owner would prefer a 6 month rental period. If you are looking for a long term rental in a coastal location in Southern France, then this 2 bed villa in Frejus is ideal. The villa is walking distance to the historic centre of Frejus and there is a small path that you can cycle along to get to the beach and marina. Frejus is ideally located for exploring the South of France, both by road and by using the local train station. The local train station is 900m and there is a bus stop 100m from the villa. In the local neighbourhood (100-200m away) you will find a bank, pharmacy and supermarket(s).

Frejus is located on the Eastern side of the French Riviera, on a beautiful section of the Cote d'Azur coastline and is one of the highlights of the coast. This historic coastal town was first founded by Julius Caesar in 49 BC and today you can see many Roman ruins, including the large Roman amphitheatre.
Frejus is divided into 3 sections: the old town, Frejus plage and the modern suburbs. The pretty old town is home to various art galleries and a thriving art community.
Along with its neighbouring beach resort of Saint-Raphaël, Fréjus is a very laid-back and welcoming place. The beaches are very safe for children and the Esterel mountains form a dramatic backdrop.

The local train station in Frejus is just 900m away and provides regional trains services to Nice, Cannes, Marseille and Toulon.
There is a bus stop 100m away, where you can catch a range of bus services to Frejus and the beach.

One month's rent to be paid as a deposit at the time of reservation. This deposit will become your security deposit on the first day of rental. For rentals of 3 months or less, the full rental amount is to be paid before the start of the rental. For rentals in excess of 3 months, the rent is to be paid on the first day of each month. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €300 to be paid towards the electricity, water and WiFi costs.
Minimum stay is 3 months. Not available in High season (June to September).
