This well-equipped 3 bedroom home is located close to the centre of one of the most beautiful towns in Southern France. Pezenas has attracted visitors for years on account of its ancient history, beautiful old streets, large weekly market and numerous art festivals. The town is also an important centre for wine production and features over 40 antique shops.
The homes is an easy 10 mins walk into the centre of town and a local bakery and supermarket are just around the corner. The house comes with a private pool, air conditioning and off-road parking. The Mediterranean beaches are 20 minutes away and the town is surrounded by vineyards and beautiful countryside in all directions.
Available for long term rentals from October to May from €1200 per month bills.

This Pezenas home is located in a quiet residential area, just on the outskirts of the centre of town. The property is laid out over 2 floors.
Ground floor
- The large entrance lobby provides direct access to the lounge, kitchen and garage.
- The well-equipped modern kitchen comes with central island and stools, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave.
- The dining area is fitted with a table and chairs for 6-8 people. The dining room provides direct access to the back garden through a set of Patio doors. There is air-conditioning.
- The living room comes with a comfortable sofa and armchairs. There is a flat screen TV with International TV channels, DVD and Wi-Fi internet.
- There is a separate WC on this floor.
First floor
- Bedroom 1 is fitted with a double bed and comes with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with WC, bath / shower, separate shower and hand basin. The bedroom also has is own private terrace.
- Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom and comes with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning.
- Bedroom 3 has two single beds and comes with air-conditioning.
- There is a family bathroom with shower and hand basin.
- There is also a separate WC with hand basin on this floor.
Outside:
The garden is fully-enclosed, both front and back. There is a shaded dining terrace with table and chairs and BBQ. The private pool is 8m x 4m and 1.50m deep. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. There is gated off-road parking for one car.
Home for long term rentals South France - prices
This Pezenas home can be rented long term between October to May. The monthly rental prices do not include the utility bills (there is a monthly provision of €225 towards the electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi). Minimum stay is 3 months. Not available June to September. Prices are based on a 6 month rental period. Higher rates will apply for shorter periods.

Pezenas is a great place to spend a few months in Southern France - enjoying the sunshine, the culture and local cuisine. This comfortable 3 bedroom home to rent, is the perfect base for a a long term rental. The centre of this historic Southern French town is a few minutes walk and you have easy access to a large supermarket, wine shops and restaurants.

Pezenas is a historic town with a population of about 8,000 people. It is in the heart of the Languedoc region of the South of France, a vast wine making area. The town has several bakeries and shops within easy walking distance of the house. There is a well stocked Carrefour supermarket for larger shopping expeditions. The Saturday market is nothing short of fabulous and a must for anyone who loves Mediterranean food.
Pézenas´ historical center, has many attractions. Here you find dozens of artisan craftsmen and tiny shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, public pool, theatre, festivals all along year, more than 40 antique shops, restaurants, bars . . . etc.
The Mediterranean sea is just 20 mins drive away and other local attractions include Abbaye de Valmagne, Etang de Thau (salty lake) with oysters production, Natural bird reserve, Canal du Midi, Beach resorts (Vias, Cap d`Agde), beaches, Béziers and Cap d`Agde golf courses, Sète (40 minuts) mediterrean port.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station in Beziers and Agde, both of which have regular bus services to the nearby town of Pezenas.
