The house can be rented from September to the end of June and guests have access to use the Owner's large swimming pool. The house has a terrace and a large garden and comes with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi, a wood burning stove, fitted kitchen and plenty of parking. Surrounding the house, there is a large parkland garden of 5 hectares, featuring mature trees, olive groves and woodland.

This architect-designed property has a real Scandinavian feel, with lots of pale wood and plenty of light. The house is located within a large garden with pine trees.
- The open-plan living room contains the lounge, dining area and kitchen. Patio doors on either side of the living room allow plenty of light to flood into the room.
- The lounge comes with a wood burning stove, 2 sofas and a leather armchair.
- The fitted kitchen has an oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment. There is a small breakfast bar.
- There is a designer dining table with seating for up to 8 people.

- Bedroom 4 is a fitted with 2 single beds and has a French window which provides access to the garden. This bedroom can also be converted into a home office.
- There is a separate WC in the hallway.
Outside:
- There is a large terrace, with patio table and chairs and bamboo sun screen. This is for the private use of the tenants.
- There is an outbuilding with a washing machine, large fridge-freezer, shower, toilet and wash basin.
- When the Owner's swimming pool is open (May to September), tenants are able to use the pool. The pool is surrounded by a large lawn with palm trees.
- Tenants can also access the Owner's very large garden (5000m2), which features mature trees and interesting walks through the olive groves and woodland.
- The large private garden is surrounded by a hedge and features mature pine trees and a large petanque pitch.
- There is parking behind the house, with space for several cars.

Petite Maison is available for long term rent between September to June. The Owner\'s family use the house from mid-July to mid-August each year. The monthly rental prices quoted are based on a 6 month rental period. Higher prices may apply to shorter rental periods, especially if the rental period includes either June or September.

Petite Maison for long term rentals in South France - our opinion
Last visited: Feb 2024. This very comfortable 4 bed property for long term rentals is conveniently close to the Mediterranean beaches and is just 2 mins from the city of Beziers, where you will find a good range of shops, restaurants and services. The house also provides easy access to Beziers airport, the TGV train station and 2 local motorways. The house gives you the impression that you are living in the middle of the countryside, yet you are just on the outskirts of a city of 80,000 people.
The house would ideally suit a couple who will have family visiting regularly. The 4th bedroom can easily be converted into a home office for remote working. The garden is not fully enclosed and due to the nearby road, this may not suit customers with pets.

Beziers is officially the oldest town in France, with archaeological remains dating back to before the Romans and Greeks arrived in the region. Beziers, which calls itself the capital of the wine industry, remains an important centre for wine production, with over 15,000 hectares of vineyards which produce a staggering 325 million bottles of wine per year. In Beziers itself, there is an historic city centre with a beautiful cathedral, mansion houses and wide avenues. There is also a modern shopping mall and plenty of shops, markets cafes and restaurants.
7 km to Mediterranean beaches at Vias Plage and Portiragnes Plage; ideal for children of all ages with full range of water sports, cafés and restaurants.
Close to the tree-lined Canal du Midi. Ideal for walking or cycling.
Along the coast is Agde with its winding streets, restaurants, pavement cafés and bars, and harbour. Cap d´Agde with its fashionable shops, restaurants and nightlife, further beaches, bike hire, tennis, golf and huge water park ´Aqualand´.

There is a TGV train station in the centre of Beziers, with regular services to Paris, Barcelona, Toulouse and Marseille.
