This long term rental property is a 17th century stone cottage in the centre of Pezenas, one of the most beautiful towns in the South of France. This four storey property is located at the top the historic centre of the town, with lots of narrow winding streets and beautiful buildings, virtually unchanged for 300 years. Pezenas is a lively town and you can spend many hours strolling through the cobbled streets taking in the old architecture and exceptional crafts from the local painters, sculptors, potters, cabinet-makers, and glassblowers.
The house exudes lots of French character with stone walls, exposed wood beams, high ceilings and an impressive winding staircase. The house has three facades which allows for plenty of sunshine and fresh air. Perfect for two couples or one large family.

This long term rental property in the centre of Pezenas, France, is laid out over 4 floors. The house has wireless internet throughout. Each floor has a portable air conditioning unit to stay cool during the summer heat. In winter, the house uses radiant heaters to make it warm and cozy.

- There is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom contains a King sized bed (which can be separated to form 2 single beds).

Top floor
- There is a a large living room with sofas, easy chairs and a smart TV on the top floor.
- A mezzanine area provides additional sleeping (fold out armchairs form single beds) multiple single bed options (convertible chairs into beds),
- There is a bathroom on this floor with a toilet, small bath tub and sink.
Free parking in a number of car parks less than five minutes walk from the house.

This property is light and airy and will accommodate up to 4 people with ease. It is situated a 1 minuite walk to the centre of town. Pezenas is a historic town with a population of about 8,000 people. It is in the heart of the Languedoc region of the South of France, a vast wine making area. The town has several bakeries and shops within easy walking distance of the house. There is a well stocked Carrefour supermarket for larger shopping expeditions. The Saturday market is nothing short of fabulous and a must for anyone who loves Mediterranean food.
Pézenas´ historical center, has many attractions. Here you find dozens of artisan craftsmen and tiny shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, public pool, theatre, festivals all along year, more than 40 antique shops, restaurants, bars . . . etc.
The Mediterranean sea is just 20 mins drive away and other local attractions include Abbaye de Valmagne, Etang de Thau (salty lake) with oysters production, Natural bird reserve, Canal du Midi, Beach resorts (Vias, Cap d`Agde), beaches, Béziers and Cap d`Agde golf courses, Sète (40 minuts) mediterrean port.
