This fully detached charming 3 bed villa for long term rentals comes with lots of privacy and is ideally situated between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. Located in the popular wine-making village of Neffies, close to the historic town of Pezenas in the Herault department
The large, sheltered garden (2000 m²), makes you feel like you are living in the middle of the countryside, yet the villa remains within 2 mins walk to the centre of the village with its local bakery, cozy wine bar and two excellent restaurants.
The villa comes with a solar heated swimming pool, sauna and private off-road parking. Villa Collinor is available for long term rentals between October to April from €1250 euros per month + bills. Not available during June to September.

The villa is laid out mainly on one floor and is set within a good size plot of land. The villa has gas central heating and a working fireplace.
Villa Collinor is a charming villa ideal for 2-4 people (possibly expandable to 6) with two bedrooms and a (separate) open mezzanine with a double sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, each with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
- The lounge comes with a fireplace, television, good Wi-Fi, sofa and 2 armchairs. French windows lead out to a covered terrace at the front of the villa and to the side garden.
- The kitchen features a central island and contains an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and combination oven. French windows lead out to the covered terrace at the back of the villa, which comes with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and large dining table. This terrace overlooks an olive grove.
- There is a dining room with seating for 6 people.
- The master bedroom comes with a king-size double and beautiful en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin).
- Bedroom 2 comes with twin beds.
- There is a family bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
- Bedroom 3 is located on a mezzanine floor. There is a single bed with a pull out single bed underneath. This bedroom has restricted headroom and is therefore suitable only for children.
- There is a sauna, perfect for the winter months.
Outside
- There is a solar heated in-ground swimming pool (8m x4m). Surrounding the pool there is a sun terrace with sunbeds and parasol.
- The beautiful 2000 m² garden is ideally situated against a hill offering plenty of privacy! Several beautiful terraces are to be found around the villa enjoying sun and shade and with beautiful views.
Long term rentals villa South France - prices
The villa is available for monthly rentals between October to April. There is a monthly provision of €300 euros towards the utility bills and local taxes. The Owner prefers rentals of at least 6 months. The garden is not fully enclosed, so it may not be suitable for pets.

This comfortable and well-equipped villa is the perfect place to stay over the winter in Southern France. The village of Neffies is popular place, with 2 excellent restaurants, wine bar and shop. The villa is perfect for a couple or small family.

Area activities
Neffiès is a beautiful wine village in the heart of the Languedoc (Herault, Occitania) surrounded by rolling vineyards, not far from the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. From the garden of Villa Collinor it’s a short stroll to the local bakery, Nomad wine bar and the L'Escampette and Le Very'table restaurants; both highly recommended.
Villa Collinor is situated in the village of Neffies, which is an excellent location for visitors to explore this beautiful corner of France. Located on the edge of the “Parc Naturel regional du Haute-Languedoc” the surrounding vineyards produce award-winning wine, many of which can be sampled at the village Cave. Also in the village is a bakers, for your daily baguette and morning croissants, and there is a well-stocked provisions store, which has a meat and deli counter. A van visits once a week selling fresh seafood, including local oysters and mussels direct from the producers. The village also provides a post office, children’s play area and tennis courts. The family-friendly bar serves French fare lunchtimes and evenings, with great views from their terrace. Alternatively, one of the best restaurants in the area is tucked behind Neffies’ Gothic church.
Less than fifteen minutes drive away is the ancient market town of Pezenas, with it`s atmospheric old quarter, artist’s studios and boutiques, and wide variety of bars and restaurants. There is also a fabulous market on Saturday, and on Friday evenings during the summer there are wine tasting events with the added bonus of the shops staying open until midnight.
A thirty-five minute drive will take you to the Mediterranean coastal resorts where you’ll find long stretches of sandy beaches with safe, shallow waters for swimming, all kinds of water sports, and a lively buzz in the cafes and bars.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station located at Montpellier, Beziers and Agde. Local bus services run from each of these towns to Pezenas, with connecting bus routes to Roujan and Neffies.

Villa Sérénité is easily accessed from two main autoroutes, the A9 and A75: approximately 20 minutes from both.
